Our first meeting will cover your expectations and needs.  During this time, you will have a chance to see how I interact with your pets and gauge my capabilities.  

I will ask for some specific information to ensure I can take the best care of your pets and be prepared for all possible situations.

Pet Information Required

·       Your pets should be current on all vaccinations, particularly rabies and Bordetella.

·       I reserve the right to decline service (based on aggressiveness) after meeting your pets.  I will try to recommend others for training or service.

·       I will need to know the following during the initial consultation:

o   Animals – age, breed, health and behavior issues

o   Contact information for you and a local person (in case of emergency)

o   For pet sitting, I will need your travel schedule.  I will confirm your leaving prior to the start date and request a text or email confirmation of your arrival home.

o   Microchip – numbers and contact information

o   Veterinarian you use with contact information

o   Alarm codes and access methods

o   If I am to use a key, there will be a $15 charge if I must come to your home to return the key.    Alternatively, I can keep the key for future visits.  I will keep you key locked up and safe.

·       Location of food, treats

o   Feeding routines – times, amounts and process

·       Any “business” elimination schedule or issues

·       Location of cleaning supplies

·       Any other services that may be in the home during your time away.

·       We will also cover a liability and contract document which will have to be signed prior to the first visit.
